Option A

Send Photos for Initial Advice

Not sure if you need a full survey? Send us photos and we’ll guide you.

If you’re dealing with a minor issue, a single leak, or visible roof damage, sending photos is often the quickest way for us to understand what’s happening. This option allows us to review your images and provide:

Initial advice based on what we can see
Whether the issue can be quoted from photos
Whether a full roof survey is recommended
If the problem appears minor or urgent

You’ll receive a clear response from our team — usually without needing anyone to visit the property.

What to Photograph
To help us give accurate guidance, please include:
The affected area (close-up)
A wider shot showing its position on the roof
Any internal signs of leaks (if relevant)
Gutters, flashings or slates if they appear damaged

Option B

Request a Roof Survey (£100+VAT)

A paid roof survey is the most reliable way for us to fully assess your roof and provide a comprehensive breakdown of recommended work. It is ideal for:

  • Full roof replacements
  • Large or complex repairs
  • Persistent or recurring leaks
  • Commercial properties
  • Insurance-related reports
  • Issues that cannot be diagnosed from photos

The survey fee helps ensure only genuine enquiries are booked while allowing us to dedicate the right time and detail to each inspection.

What’s Included in Your Survey

✔ Full on-site roof inspection

We thoroughly examine slates/tiles, underlay, gutters, flashings and structural elements.

Clear visual documentation of any issues discovered.

A full breakdown of recommended work and associated costs.

If something is minor or repairable without major work, we tell you — no pressure.

There is no commitment to book the work after the survey.
